Requirements Position #: P21580 Full-time: 40 hours Pay: $20.50 per hour Location: Main Campus, 3700 "O" Street, Washington, DC Job Overview The Building Maintenance Worker performs general building trades work in maintaining building structures, systems and equipment and related components as part of the services provided by the facilities management department to maintain University buildings. Services include routine and semi-skilled preventative maintenance and minor repair of building structures, systems (HVAC, plumbing and electrical). Responsibilities include but are not limited to me;
Work Interactions Depending on assigned area of work, this Building Maintenance Worker reports directly to a Zone Manager or a Central Shop Supervisor, along with employees of other trades, and trades helpers. Requirements and Qualifications
