JOB SUMMARY

Perform a variety of marketing tasks.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



  • Educational and experience requirements include Two-year marketing degree or equivalent experience and education.




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Two - Four years' experience in the marketing field.
  • Prior experience with CRM program.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in the use of In Design program and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Development of sensitive, highly confidential material requiring high level of confidentiality.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Effective oral and written communication interpersonal skills, while maintaining confidentiality to the highest degree are crucial.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develops and creates marketing programs to support company growth and expansion.
  • Develops strategy to support increased name brand recognition.
  • Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products.
  • Frequent interface with external customers, vendors and executives.
  • Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
  • Develop and maintain marketing proposals and media.
  • Coordinate video and photography needs.
  • Develop and maintain social media materials.
  • Develop customer mailings, business meetings, and customer surveys.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
