Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Archbald, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • In this position, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, issuing, and controlling production schedules.
  • You will coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for releasing work orders, prioritizing, and expediting work through the shop, which will need a lot of coordination and communication with multiple functions.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for understanding capacity and will monitor and provide insight into key performance indicators such as on-time starts, aging, or idle work orders.
  • Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.
  • Keeps records of the number of units shipped and the number of jobs in production.
  • Statuses and expedites work orders through the manufacturing facility.
  • May prepare shop orders indicating style, size, quantity, and priority.
  • May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.
  • May prepare input forms for the automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment.
  • Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.19/hr.

Hours: 4/10A-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP software.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and organization.
