Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and self-starting Product Manager to join our Global Treasury Product team. The candidate will have experience in and good knowledge of the payments industry, with an interest in understanding the platform and product architecture that helps to enable the processing of USD15T in transaction value annually. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, detail orientated, and able to drive delivery and execution.

Key responsibilities and Skills

  • Take ownership of Product delivery activities, collaborating closely with technology and product teams across different geographic locations.
  • Apply an advanced understanding of Agile Scrum methodology to manage product development.
  • Conduct analysis and gather requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders and end users to enable business value.
  • Design comprehensive use cases translating business needs into a successful product, working closely with tech leadership to ensure alignment at every step of the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with design teams on UI/UX Product elements to deliver a best-in-class experience for all users (internal and/or external).
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for your product and actively manage product delivery to ensure alignment with Visa's overarching strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

*6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more yearsof relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.

*5-7+ years of relevant Product work experience in a technology ledenvironment with a bachelor's degree.

*In-depth knowledge of payments industry (preferable).

*Strong team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different disciplinesboth written and oral.

*Strong business acumen, adept at preparing Product artifacts, documentation,and approaches for delivery and execution.

*Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results, ensuring that timelines areadhered to, and risks are called out early.

*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities andsuccessfully communicate trade-offs to multiple stakeholders.

*Ability to leverage AI tools to drive product and process improvements.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
