PURPOSE Ensure seamless alignment of go-to-market milestones and processes to Supply Chain fulfillment needs, including order deadlines and article feasibility, as well as assisting Supply Chain Account Management with seasonal milestone management. The role continually partners with Sales Operations, Sales Execution, Sales Planning, Merchandising, Demand Planning and SCM teams to enable full RID and lead-time feasibility on the seasonal range. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align Go-to-Market Milestones: Ensure that go-to-market milestones and processes are seamlessly aligned with Supply Chain fulfillment needs through seasonal collaboration with Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Product Supply, and Merchandising.
- Manage Order Deadlines: Lead seasonal booking order deadline alignment sessions and risk assessment to ensure timely fulfillment of demand, including competitive-set assessments.
- Article Feasibility: Assess and ensure the feasibility of all ranged articles within the supply chain, and support the Wholesale Supply Planning Manager on alternative buy processes (MTF)
- Support SCM WHS Account Management: Support Supply Chain Account Management prep for the seasonal milestones, including key program set-ups and preline coordination.
- Assist WHS StAP Processes: Coordinate Supply Chain inputs for annual Strategic Account Plan review processes with Wholesale teams.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner continuously with Sales Operations, Sales Execution, Sales Planning, Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Enable RID and Lead-Time Feasibility: Ensure full Retail Intro Date (RID) and lead-time feasibility for the seasonal range and align seasonal risks with leadership.
- Monitor Go-to-Market Milestones: Seasonally debrief on go-to-market milestones effectiveness for future planning purposes.
- Coordinate Across Departments: Work closely with various departments to ensure processes are aligned and operations run smoothly.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify potential issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and processes.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, Post-graduate level preferred; alternatively equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in Project Management, Go-to-market Planning, or the Supply Chain Management, specifically within the footwear and apparel industry.
