The HR Technology Program Manager will use broad HR technology expertise to support the projects, processes and initiatives of Charter's HR Line of Business customer population. Experience in project management, business needs analysis, system configuration and design, system documentation, data integration and testing will be critical. Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems like Oracle HCM and other collaborative HR applications such as Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, and Employee/Manager Self Service is recommended. The HR Technology Program Manager will be expected to build effective relationships and lead cross functionally to complete assigned tasks and deliverables. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
