Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager providing A&AS support to the AFLCMC/HBG C2ISR Division. HBG C2ISR Division provides support for all the weapon systems, platforms, cells, and capabilities managed by the C2ISR Division in support of AFLCMC/HB, and other classified programs designated under HBG or extensions of HB under C2ISR. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Create/support program documentation and activities such as Early Strategy and Issues Sessions, Acquisition Strategy Panels, IMPs/IMSs, Acquisition Program Baselines (APB), Clinger-Cohen Act compliance, cybersecurity strategy, Program Protection Plans (PPP), LCMP, risk management plans, milestone briefings, GFE management, budget/cost research and analysis, PWS development, CDRL development and coordination, and Security Classification Guide (SCG) development and coordination.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in DoD acquisition. Or,
Certifications: Preferred Qualifications Education: Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in DoD acquisition.
