Job Description:
Title: Executive Director 1 Division: Senior Living Status: Exempt Reports to: VP Senior Living Revision date: November 2022 Supervises: Facility Staff PURPOSE According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the VP Senior Living assumes responsibility for the strategic development and growth related to overall management and performance of the Licensed Assisted Living Community, responsible for developing a culture that embraces the organization's mission and core values, driving effective and efficient use of all resources to carry out the organization's goals and mission; directing, evaluating and ensuring high quality and delivery of all services provided; ensuring overall performance and budget standards are met.
