Role Overview: This role is a strategic thought partner and change agent, responsible for shaping, guiding, and executing high-impact initiatives that align with the organization's vision in a rapidly evolving world. You will synthesize insights from across the business and the external landscape-including technological advancements, market trends, and the growing influence of AI-to inform decision-making, inspire innovation, and drive results. You will frame and analyze complex problems, assess current and future-state opportunities, and design pragmatic, actionable solutions. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will craft compelling narratives that connect strategy to execution, ensuring initiatives are relevant, future-ready, and grounded in business priorities. What You'll Do: Strategic Thinking & Advice - Lead the early planning and direction for new projects by breaking down complex problems, spotting new opportunities, and turning insights into clear, workable plans. Regularly review market trends, company performance, and the impact of AI to find ways to improve and meet changing customer needs. Data Driven Insights to Tell the Story - Analyze market trends, performance results, and potential risks or opportunities. Turn both numbers and observations into simple, compelling stories that help leaders make informed decisions and take the right actions. Strategic Planning & Executive Communication - Guide the strategic planning process to keep key projects on track and aligned with business goals. Create meeting agendas, clear presentations, and engaging updates for senior leaders and company-wide audiences. Cross- Organizational Collaboration & Building Culture - Build strong, trusting relationships with teams across the business to make sure big projects run smoothly. Encourage open communication, respect for different perspectives, and share responsibility for results. Project Leadership & Governance - Take ownership of major projects from start to finish. Set up governance processes to guide decision-making, track progress, and keep everyone informed. Ideal Candidate What You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required) and/or equivalent experience. * 10+ years overall professional experience, financial services experience preferred, with insurance expertise a plus. * Proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution while managing multiple priorities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations. * Advanced presentation development skills (PowerPoint), with the ability to create compelling, executive-ready materials and clearly communicate complex ideas. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. * Experience facilitating both large and small groups to drive alignment and engagement. * Strong leadership presence, collaborative work style, and ability to build trust across teams and with senior management. * Demonstrated ability to leverage storytelling and data-driven insights to shape strategy and outcomes. * Team leadership and development skills; self-starter with a passion for delivering results. #LI-SV1 #LI-HYBRID Pay Transparency Salary Range:$135,000 - $190,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
