Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects or contracts.
• Ability to create and execute project plans, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and coordinate activities.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
• In-depth understanding of the contract terms, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with FAR and other relevant guidelines.
• Budget management skills to track billing, allocate resources, and ensure cost- effectiveness.
• Monitoring financial aspects of the contract.
• Ensuring that services meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Implementing processes for continuous improvement.
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to contract performance.
• Developing contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Streamlining processes and optimizing resource utilization.
• Monitoring service levels and addressing any bottlenecks.
• Maintaining accurate records of operational activities.
• Preparing regular reports on contract performance.
• Prioritizing user satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensuring smooth communication between the contract team and end-users.

Experience and Education:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information technology, or business administration) is often required.
• 8 to 10 years' experience in managing complex IT projects or contracts, including resource allocation, project planning, and meeting deadlines.
• Certifications such as PMP or ITIL
