The Assistant Cage Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in guiding the cage team through seamless shift operations. This includes ensuring accurate balancing of all banks, strict compliance with company best practices and all applicable Federal, State, and local gaming regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to all. THE STARTING RATE:$30.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Train cage team members during the shift and support with disciplinary actions when needed Handle all duties in the Chip Bank, Marker Bank, and Main Bank Manage paperwork for credits, debits, and verify various payouts Generate end-of-shift reports Address and resolve patron complaints, focusing on guest satisfaction Maintain strong knowledge of fraud prevention and credit scams Verify transactions as required THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a cash handling or banking role THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
