JOB TITLE: 3rd Shift Process Tech/DSDR Loader CLM

BASE RATE: $24.20 per hour plus $0.50 Shift Differential per hour

SHIFT: 3rd

HOURS: Sun - Thurs 10.15pm - 6.15am

(Starting times and hours may vary depending on coverage due to report-offs and the production schedule especially during holidays.)

JOB SUMMARY/ JOB DUTIES:
The Warehouse Process Technician/Depot, under the basic supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, is responsible for basic areas workflow coordination.

Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of "Material Handler" as follows:
o Understands and views production schedules, shipping work bench, in-house variety operations or 3rd party requirements to assigns activities to be meet customer expectations.
o Everything is directed, so this is not required in today's WMS directed world.
o Partial picking or pallet picking orders on pallets slip sheets, or floor loading of trailers.
o Label pallets and / or provide customer specific shipping requirements before loading to trailer.
o Opens bales, crates, and other containers as necessary.
o Complies with company policies for received goods.
o Weighs or counts materials management items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
o Capable of enter transactions into telnet, Oracle or personal computers.
o Ability to safely operate a variety of power industrial vehicles.
o Ability to arrange multiple ship methods (LTL, parcel, etc.).
o Loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized product. Utilizes manual and automated material handling equipment.
o Prepares and takes a physical inventory of all merchandise; records counts on inventory sheets. Capable of utilizing the Oracle WMS cycle counting program if rolled out at the facility.
o In conjunction with the Warehouse leaders assigns job duties (receiving, storage, picking, loading, serving, and manufacturing) to warehouse crew, coordinates rotation and/or relief of specific positions, may also relieve specific positions as needed.
oIn conjunction with the Warehouse leaders, monitors work flow of warehouse crew personnel throughout the shift. Assigns and reassigns jobs as necessary.
oAssigns task, releases orders, releases replenishments, picks confirm orders and dispatches orders using Oracle WMS system.
oFollows company protocol for dispatching orders to drivers.
oReceives materials in the Purchase Order system.
oStarts up, reboots, and trouble shoots minor issues with scanner system.
oWorks across departments to resolve issues.
oTrains new employees in Warehousing/Receiving/Shipping/Depot practices.
oMaintains warehouse business during leader's absence.
oFollows Leader Standard Work activities.
oAdheres to and is a leader in all regulatory issues (OSHA, FDA, DOT, EPA, etc.).
oPractices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection; keeps work area clean; stores supplies in designated areas; keeps work area aisles/exits clear and free from obstructions; removes trash from work area floor; follows instructions for safe lifting/carrying of various sizes, shapes, and weights; identifies/reports defective equipment; reports all job-related injuries to supervision.
oMay be required to cover vacations for other leaders, etc.
oAudit, adjust and break-down daily load shipments.
oDistribute & bill product to IDPs based on their daily orders.
oIssue stale/unsaleable credit to Distributors in accordance with company policy.
oAccount for/balance all daily shipments.
oManage Depot expenses, particularly labor & utility expenses, to control costs and adhere to budget.
oMaintain sufficient POS inventory at all times to support promotional activity.
oDistribute and bill dry inventory to IDPs.
oOrganize and stage dry inventory for easy distribution and accountability.
oAchieve the Inventory Accountability objectives.
oTrack dollies to ensure minimal losses, in accordance with Dollie Management Program guidelines.
oCreate a positive environment in Depot at load times to support the engagement levels for our IDPs.
oStage Product order (order sequence?), as detailed on IDP order scroll.
oProcess all IDP billings and reports via the WMS (daily/weekly).
oProvide accurate and consistent billing information for IDPs.
oAssist with customer or retailer service issues.
oArrive at Depot on time to ensure timely support is provided to all customers.
oMaintain a safe, clean facility always, both inside and out and display proper signage (safety, food safety and people related).
oEnsure all Food Safety and Safety Measures are met or exceeded.
oKeep all equipment in proper working condition and maintain all necessary training/certifications.
oComplete & Report out all Safety and Food Safety Inspections and correct any opportunities in a timely manner.
oMaintain proper light and working areas.
oProvide proper first aid and blood clean-up kits.
oAdhere to and follow all safety procedures and processes as outlined by the Campbell Snacks Safety Coordinator and OSHA to reduce the possibility of accidents and/or injuries
oMaintain sanitation standards in accordance with Campbell Snacks Food Safety an OSHA Safety Compliance.
oMaintain consistent communication with Field Sales Force and IPDs regarding upcoming promotional events and display opportunities to aid in the ordering process.
oCommunicate IDP(s) information, questions and concerns to the management team in a timely manner.
oReport any depot repair work needed and arrange for the work to be done in a timely manner.
oReport any plant service or transportation issues (late trucks, product cuts, etc.).
oMay perform other duties as required.

Compensation and Benefits: The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $24.20 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
