Warehouse Clerk

This position is located at the Designtex Warehouse: 357 County Avenue, Secaucus, NJ 07094

-Candidates must be dependable, conscientious, detail oriented and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

-Job responsibilities will include receiving, product put-away, order pulling, order cutting, packing & shipping. Employees will be expected to move freely between all of the functions as dictated by the DC management team and existing workflow.

-You will be cross trained in various functions over time and as the need presents itself.

-You will work with RF scanning guns and/or ERP computer programs to effectively perform the different job functions.

-Any previous experience in a high volume, fast paced warehouse/distribution environment and/or forklift certification is a plus.

-These are full time union positions with a competitive starting hourly rate along with a benefits package.

-Standard hours are from 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday with the potential for overtime or Saturday work as needed.

-To be considered for employment all candidates must first pass a pre-employment test comprised of simple math problems (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) in equation and word format.

- As a condition of employment all persons offered a position must pass a background check and drug screening.
