We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This role will focus on initiatives across multiple Foundational Business Value Streams, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project team members. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of new system implementations and enhancement rollouts.

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, the primary responsibility will be to provide project coordination support for initiatives across our Foundational Business Areas. You will work closely with stakeholders from business, operations, and technology teams to ensure effective coordination and execution. Key responsibilities include the planning and delivery of projects in alignment with business objectives and timelines and developing and maintaining essential project documentation-such as project plans, JIRA updates, status reports, dependency tracking, and risk and issue logs.

What You'll Do:

As a member of the FB Operations & Shared Services, Portfolio and Program Management Team, the primary focus will be to support project coordination efforts across our Foundational Business Areas.

In addition:

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and aligned
  • Create Project Status Reports and Dashboards.
  • Monitor project progress and track risks and issues

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile projects.
  • Effectively assigns tasks and allocates resources for meeting goals within timeline.
  • Identify issues and risks to project goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with testers to make sure test scripts and test results are effectively captured.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • 3-5 years' experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing Insurance and Financial Services Industry related projects
  • Data Science or AI capabilities

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$85,000-$115,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
