Build bold and disruptive shopper marketing campaigns that are a win for the company, win for the customer and win for the consumer. Lead omni channel activation against 10 base brands activated at +15 customers in Mass, Grocery, Club, Natural and Pure Play. Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and Customer Vice Presidents to build effective marketing strategies with each of their customers understanding tensions, strengths and new opportunities (capabilities, 3rd party partners, etc.) Engage with key customers (Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Albertsons Safeway, Ahold Delhaize) to build partnerships in the fast-growing digital marketing space that unlock better: integration across their digital and physical store, media placements and reporting Partner closely with integrated Marketing and brand Marketing to identify brand-level priorities and define the role of the shopper marketing channel in the integrated communication plan Establish analytical rigor via regular cadence of shopper marketing campaign reporting at top customers to continuously optimize plans both in real time and for the future Lead and develop direct team of 3; Manage shopper agency team of 30+ Create and execute a learning agenda across the commercial team to educate on the changing landscape of Shopper Marketing, industry best practices and team capabilities

This role is based in our HQ office in Camden, NJ 3 days a week (hybrid). Travel requirements: 25-50% Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $163,200-$234,600
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
