Staffmark is hiring an Assembler for a leading Spring Hill, TN manufacturing facility. This is your chance to join a team that is key in producing parts for the automotive industry. We want to hear from you if you're looking for a stable job with great growth potential! Job Details: Starting pay is $16/hr during the temp period. After transitioning to full-time, pay increases to $19.06/hr for 1st shift and $20.06/hr for 2nd shift. Shifts run Monday-Friday: 1st shift is 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, and 2nd shift is 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM. Must be available for overtime, currently working up to 12-hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Responsibilities: The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts while ensuring all components meet customer specifications through visual inspections and proper handling. Duties include reading production labels, following work instructions, loading/unloading parts, identifying and correcting defects, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety and 5S standards. The role also requires maintaining line speed and occasionally relieving team members during breaks. This is an entry level position; training will be provided!
