Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) is currently hiring a Receiving Coordinator in Paterson, WA. The ideal candidate is passionate about inventory and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for the physical and systematic receiving of materials used in the production process and proactively communicate & collaborate to support prompt action for any production needs. This role is full time, on-site, and has the option to work 4 days 10-hour shifts, or 5 days 8 hour shifts. Receiving Coordinator job responsibilities include:



  • Communicate with third-party providers & internal customers to ensure timely and accurate information associated with shipping and receiving product, includes but not limited to inventory, scheduling of shipments, coordinating and performing cycle counts, and investigation/resolution of packaging issues.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to successfully achieve supply chain objectives.
  • Advance work orders in E1 (software program) for production operations.
  • Provide backup support to departmental team members as needed.


Position Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience of inventory operations/ management preferred.
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to use JDE systems and high literacy levels of computer software/programs is strongly preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have a history of responsible alcohol use.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Ability to deal well with diverse cultures, personalities, and professional levels.
  • Flexible work schedule required to meet operational demands.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, & communicate in English.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, experience is preferred.


Your Compensation:

$21.40 - $27.82/hr. based upon relevant experience.
