THE JOB

As a Bus Person, you'll help set the stage for unforgettable dining experiences by ensuring the dining room, service areas, and beverage stations are spotless, organized, and fully stocked. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere our guests have come to love at CATCH.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.2745 plus tips

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Collaborate with servers to provide exceptional guest service

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, ensuring timely refills

• Polish flatware and set tables with the appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables, transporting them to the kitchen for washing, and properly dispose of trash in designated bins

• Coordinate table availability and maintain clear communication with servers, hostesses, and management to ensure efficient table turnover

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year prior experience as a bus person or food runner

• Prior experience in a similar luxury resort food & beverage setting
