THE JOB:

As a Busperson, your primary responsibility is to maintain the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up area, and beverage station, according to established cleanliness and stock standards. Your role is key to delivering unforgettable experiences that leave lasting memories long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1983 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support cocktail servers in delivering excellent guest service.

• Set up tables with polished silverware, glassware, linens, and condiments.

• Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly between guests.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including chairs, tables, and floors.

• Refill beverages like water, coffee, soft drinks, and filling ice.

• Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to keep table flow efficient.

• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years old or older.

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Pays strong attention to detail.

• Is proactive and eager to help wherever needed.

• Has strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Can remain calm and positive under pressure.
