The primary responsibility of the BusPerson is to maintain the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick up area, and beverage station according to established cleanliness and stock standards. THE STARTING RATE:$12.50
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support servers to provide great guest service Set tables with clean silverware, glassware, linens, and condiments; polish flatware and fold napkins neatly Clean and reset tables and chairs, including replacing linens, ashtrays, and decorations as needed Clear dirty dishes and trash, and take them to the kitchen Communicate with staff to manage table availability and turnover Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks Keep the dining area floors clean Help with other tasks as needed
