Why This Role Matters:

As a Training Specialist, you will be pivotal to our employees' growth and success. Your role is crucial in enhancing overall employee effectiveness and performance. You will achieve this through the application of innovative individual and group training techniques and programs, all aligned with SDFCU's organizational priorities.

What You'll Do:

• Design training programs that engage and meet the needs of our diverse team.
• Leverage your professional experience to elevate communication, interpersonal, and technical skills within the workforce.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure training programs support organizational goals.
• Implement training techniques that boost employee performance and contribute to the overall success of SDFCU.

What We're Looking For:

• A college degree with coursework in English, education, or training is highly desired.
• 1-3 years of experience in training, course development, and design.
• Exceptional communication skills, including oral presentation, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, HTML, and the Internet.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Experience in Financial Services Retail Branch delivery and/or Call Center environments is preferred.
