Supporting Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities, the Senior Signage Program Delivery Manager provides high-level strategic oversight and leadership across our regional signage program. This role is integral in driving strategic discussions, managing headcount, overseeing financial reporting, guiding technology development processes and procedures, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead strategic planning and implementation for global signage initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of signage-related technology and process enhancements.
  • Develop, communicate, and monitor a maintenance strategy for regional portfolio. Financial and
  • Headcount Management:
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for global signage programs, including cost analysis and forecasting.
  • Oversee headcount management, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project needs and organizational objectives.

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and negotiations.
  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with company standards and project requirements.
  • Program Oversight:
  • Provide high-level oversight of low-to-mid complexity projects, ensuring adherence to global signage standards and project objectives.
  • Lead cross-regional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistency in project delivery across geographic areas.
  • Process and Standard Operating Procedure Development for signage program management.
  • Present updates on maintenance, construction, and projects, contributing to monthly business and financial reviews.
  • Coordinate vendor and team meetings to assure optimal service delivery.
  • Budgeting, financial reporting and annual reporting.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Present comprehensive reports on program status, financials, and strategic developments to senior management.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in organizational meetings, providing insights and guidance on signage-related matters.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required for critical project oversight and strategic vendor meetings.
  • This role is to delivers comprehensive oversight and stewardship across a suite of low-to-mid complexity projects and initiatives, predominantly related to signage upkeep and construction.

Supervisory Functions:

  • This is a supervisory role where This role is expected to offer technical expertise and impart training to colleagues. May also spearhead project teams and supervise assignments of junior staff members and signage installer(s).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record in strategic planning and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with previous experience in a supervisory role. Advanced certifications such as PgMP or PMP are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, with an ability to grasp new technologies.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

165,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
