The Tour & Event Coordinatorparticipates in the scheduling, planning and coordination of winery events andtours of winery properties. This role provides support for Trade and DTC planning: organizing Trade, communityand employee events that are winery-based. You'll be the go-to person for managing our Hospitality Inbox, scheduling, and assigning events to team members. You'll play a crucial role in planning and coordinating smaller scale trade events, managing multiple calendars, and updating essential reports for our departments and executives. Your responsibilities will include curating guest experiences in collaboration with Sales, booking catering, and handling all logistical details from transportation to gift bags. You'll maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, manage event expenses, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish. The Tour & Event Coordinator will be a key player in organizing, multi-tasking and maintaining prestine communication from start to finish. What You Will Need:
