Job Summary: The Industry Specialty Services Associate provides works with managers and senior associates on client projects which includes, but is not limited to financial analysis, regulatory research, and interpretation. Job Duties:
- Conducts cost analysis, including cost estimates, and proposals for government contract proposals, summarizes findings and presents to managers and senior associates
- Prepares cost models in Excel or Access to determine rate structures for the clients
- Researches Federal procurement issues to support recommendations to clients on how to proceed on a government contract work
- Provides strong written work products, including alternative cost models and presentations, to support client projects
- Aids in firm development activities and other marketing initiatives, including but not limited to attending trade shows, networking, developing internal and external practice development opportunities, and identifying cross servicing opportunities
- Assists with the research and drafting of client proposals -Applies principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for client engagements
- Other duties as required

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field, required
Experience:
- One (1) or more years of relevant experience, required
License/Certifications:
Software:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required
Language:
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writing
- Strong analytical and basic research skills
- Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $75,000 - $85,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Maryland Range: $75,000 - $85,000
