The Demand Planner is responsible for managing the portfolio demand plan at multiple levels of aggregation, using statistical models within SAP APO, and utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The Demand Planner ensures alignment across all facets of the company, including sales targets and financial plans. The Demand Planner works closely with his/her peers in Red Bull North America (RBNA), as well as his/her manager to develop, optimize, and drive best practices with focus on continuous improvement. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of experience in a consumer goods environment with an understanding of major retail accounts and forecasting, supply chain management Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis Comprehensive knowledge of high-level retail operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data, and supply chain management Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative, and statistical analyses complemented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Strong Project Management Skills - Managing numerous projects at once, in a high-paced environment Deep knowledge and experience in IBP & SAP / SAP APO APICS certification a plus Strong/Advanced skills in in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table functions, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, etc) Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
