Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of Supply Chain Management.

• Own the design and implementation of SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP to ensure flawless integration and functionality.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of SAP CRM Web Services to support business processes and customer interactions.
• Guide in SAP CRM Middleware to ensure efficient data exchange and system performance.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of SAP solutions to support the companys growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
• Develop and implement standard processes for SAP solution architecture and integration.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure project deliverables are met within the defined timelines and budget.
• Provide technical support and solve for SAP-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all SAP-related activities.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware
• Must have extensive experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP.
• Must have strong expertise in SAP CRM Web Services.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware.
• Proven track record of successful SAP project implementations.
• Must be thorough and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Must have a solid understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Mobile Platform SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP CRM
• Nice to have experience in Supply Chain Management domain.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
