Responsibilities

- Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process.
- Practice efficient & safe demolition to minimally impact customers.
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
- Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
- Exterior/Interior finish work on all products.
- Understands and adheres to company and safety polices, proper lifting techniques and heat stress.
- Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, quality control, and cost control; required.
- Must be able to work with hand tools and gas-powered equipment properly, efficiently, and safely.
- Basic knowledge of local city and state building codes; required.
- If driving for the company, must have and maintain a valid state issued driver's license and a clear driving record.
- Ability to read prints.
- 3 or more years' experience as a framing or finish carpenter in residential or commercial brick and stucco applications; required.
- Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, may include weekends and holidays.
- Must provide own work tools.

Pay $18 - $25 hourly, depending on experience.
