We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy *Therapist Onboarding Specialist *to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with strong customer service experience who are comfortable on camera and excel in communication. As a Therapist Onboarding Specialist, you will:
* Interview and onboard new therapists to our online therapy platform. * Guide therapist applicants through the entire onboarding process, including license verifications, credentialing, and profile creation. * Initiate and respond to e-mail communications from interested parties and therapists in the onboarding process. * Ensure quality standards are met by speaking up when applicants do not meet criteria. * Monitor and evaluate therapist profiles and reverify licenses and credentials. * Participate in initiatives and product experiments to enhance the onboarding process. *Top Skills Required:* * Strong on-screen/video presence and willingness to be on camera. * Prior work experience in a customer-facing role (restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer support, etc.). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Tech savvy with the ability to operate complicated computer systems. * Strong time management skills. * Adaptable to change. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Prior experience providing customer support via e-mail, phone, or live chat. * Experience in psychology, social work, or counseling preferred. * Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition/interviewing preferred. *Shift Options:* Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST *Location:* Remote. Must have quiet, distraction-free workplace *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
