Greets and receives patients into the health care facility. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of items related to patient demographics, insurance information, constent forms, scheduling and financial obligation. This position is the first impression of WVU Healthcare to the patient.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 1. Four (4) years of patient financial services, patient access, or registration experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
