How You Will Contribute: As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Delivery and Process Management and assist the Information Technologies and Solution (ITS) team with project management, reporting, and business operations-related activities.
You will work cross-functionally with the ITS, Service Finance, S3 Services Sales, ITS Partners, and Regional Franchise teams in this capacity.
- Partner with the Program Managers, Project Managers, and delivery teams to create and manage project delivery plans.
- Assist with managing project financials, timeliness, scope, and team schedule.
- Facilitate communication between Project Managers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Periodic project progress and risk reporting.
- Provide other operations support as required.
