Job Summary
The Order Management Specialist is tasked with managing and executing sales orders from both customers and consumers. The role demands meticulous coordination across various platforms, including SAP, EWM, Magento, EDI, custom-built systems, and manual processes, with a particular focus on maintaining precise SAP QTC data accuracy. On a daily basis, the specialist is dedicated to ensuring exceptional satisfaction among customers and stakeholders throughout the sales order management journey. Duties and Responsibilities
* Process and execute sales orders received from various channels such as retail, direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, and wholesale efficiently and accurately. Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field Minimum Work Experience: Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience of order management/order entry experience supporting mid to large size customers, preferably within a consumer products company. License(s) / Certification(s): APICS certification a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
