Mail Carrier - Contract, long-term, part-time

Bridgman, MI

Your Day-to-Day:

* Drive company vehicle for daily mail and package delivery to local area offices in all weather

conditions

* Receive and deliver United States mail and packages, inter-company mail and third-party

carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex and DHL

* Good verification practices and attention to detail is a must

* Operate computer and basic computer software

* Deliver mail promptly and follow established procedures for daily routines

* Ability to push mail cart and lift up to 50lbs

* Safely operate company vehicle van to pick up/deliver company mail and packages at

designated sites

* Ability to work in inclement weather

* Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment

* Report on irregularities and abnormal conditions

* Perform duties in accordance with Company safety plan, policies, procedures and practices.

* Assume responsibility for continuously upgrading knowledge and skills.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

* High School graduate or equivalent education and/or experience

* Must have the ability to write legibly and record accurately

* Must have valid driver's license

* Have the physical capabilities to perform the required work.

* Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational

marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.

* Local to the area, no location or per diem offered
