Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Solutions and Services division for a contract Desktop Support Technician role onsite in Janesville, WI. The contract will last between 1-3 months and will be M-F, 7-4PM. Starting pay is $25/hr. Background and drug screen will be required for this position. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and problem resolution: Diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues. Hardware and software maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, including operating systems and applications. On-site and remote support: Providing technical assistance to users, both in person and remotely. End-user support: Assisting users with basic computer tasks and troubleshooting. Entity of type com.vizirecruiter.common.domain.model.Label with id: 484 Requirements: 2+ years' experience. Good communication skills. Candidate should have an A+ (or be willing to get). Windows 10 knowledge. Hardware repair experience both PC and Printer. Excellent Customer Service skills. Experienced with providing PC support both desk-side and remote. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus.
