We are seeking a Clinical Manager- Early Education- El Centro, Educare & EarlystART to join our team. Your position will be a pioneering anda groundbreaking early childhood mental health collective addressing mental, emotional, and behavioral care for ages birth through preschool, along with their families and team members at two local early childhood programs, El Centro, Educare & EarlystART. The Clinical Manager will work as part of an interdisciplinary and interagency team to support universal behavioral health screenings and to improve our ability to identify infants, toddlers and preschoolers with unmet behavioral health concerns and increase services that promote long-term well-being The Clinical Manager is responsible for the providing direct clinical services as well as supervision of mental health services, case management, individual programming, and business aspects for the Early Childhood Collaboration. The Clinical Manager supervises the Cornerstones of Care team members at their assigned building, including Mental Health Care Providers, Family Resiliency Navigators, and/or Social Emotional Support Specialists. This position includes direct therapeutic support to school team members to assist them in addressing personal and professional struggles that interfere with their ability to provide services at the highest level to those under their care. May also include support to the children and families as needed. The Clinical Manager will build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, team members, and community partners to improve the quality of life and outcomes of clients. Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring that positive relationships with members of this collaborative are maintained and that the Cornerstones of Care team is fully integrated into the partner centers. As a member of the Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to the Director of Outpatient School-Based Services. WHAT YOU WILL DO: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experienceand a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field. REQUIREMENTS
