THE JOB:

As a Bar Assistant Manager, you'll support strategic goals by overseeing staff, managing inventory and scheduling, and ensuring exceptional service that reflects our brand standards. You'll play a hands-on role in driving efficiency, maximizing revenue, and fostering a positive team environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily departmental operations in alignment with strategic goals, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory control to support smooth and profitable service delivery

• Ensure guest service excellence by upholding company standards and providing on-shift leadership

• Support beverage operations through inventory management, staff guidance, and operational recommendations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position
