The Regional Growth Manager role is accountable for all growth-related efforts with clinics and providers for East Florida which includes the Orlando, Treasure Coast and South FL markets. This role will lead a regional team who is directly responsible for the education and engagement of providers and clinical staff members, insurance brokers, health plan partners and community partners to drive growth and marketing activity. The Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing growth and marketing programs in alignment with enterprise strategy and in support of market business goals and priorities. The Growth Manager role must establish strong partnerships and work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders externally and across the organization including: regional clinic operations leaders, medical directors, marketing function leads, health plan, agency and community partners to ensure growth and marketing programs are executed in alignment with business needs; those strategies will be prioritized, optimized and executed in partnership with clinic operations teams. The Growth Manager will track and measure organic growth of our clinics and program/campaigns key performance indicators to assess and report on program effectiveness. This role will directly report to the Director of Marketing for Florida, with regular directional input from regional leadership. This is a Field based role in the East FL market that requires moderate travel. Primary Responsibilities:

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
