ROLE: Senior Business Analyst-Microsoft Dynamics 365

LOCAION: Remote

Senior Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Or D355 Field Service to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions.

Job Requirements:

* Deep functional expertise in D365 CE modules, including Customer Service, Field Service

* Should be able collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements in the form of Epics, features & user stories

* Experience in negotiating with business to keep the out of the box functionality as apposed to customizing the application

* Experience in running workshops, creating clear list of action items and documenting business processes using process flows, functional diagrams

* Experience in capturing roles & responsibility, data visibility and security specific requirements within the context of D365

* Clear understanding of How D365 integrates with external sources and third party apps

* Should be able to write functional as well integration user stories

* Clear understanding and experience of Agile methodology implementing it using Jira or DevOps studio

* Experience in working in multivendor, multi Geo teams especially onsite - Offshore delivery model

Required skills: D365 Functional Experience in Customer Service Module, Creating Process flows, functional flows, Epics, Features & stories, Running workshops, demos, Clear understanding of Roles, responsibility & data security and visibility, Requirements analysis, gap analysis, functional fitment to the out of the box features, Experience in Agile Methodology & working in onsite-offshore model.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 105,240 - $ 149,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
