Overview of Role
Salesforce is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Recruiting Enablement Program Manager to empower our global recruiting organization. This role will be instrumental in designing, building, and facilitating impactful enablement programs that drive excellence and consistency across our worldwide recruiting teams. As a key partner to our global recruiting leadership, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering enablement initiatives focused on enhancing recruiter knowledge and skills, ultimately supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Global Enablement Programs: Design and develop engaging, high-impact training programs, materials, and resources for the recruiting team, focusing on key areas such as sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, and recruitment strategy.
  • Facilitate Engaging Learning Experiences: Lead engaging and interactive live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Partner with recruiting leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with global recruiting strategies.
  • Measure and Report on Enablement Impact: Use data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. Track and report on key metrics to demonstrate the impact of enablement programs on recruiter performance and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in recruiting, learning, and enablement, incorporating new tools and technologies into the training process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an enablement role, with a focus in recruiting or HR.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other enablement tools.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong instructional design skills, with experience creating both in-person and digital learning experiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to Manage Ambiguity; Demonstrated experience leading enablement initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Rise360, Canva and Workday Recruiting
  • Experience with change management frameworks is a plus
  • Understanding of recruiting processes, best practices, and industry trends preferred.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
