Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Business Analyst serves as a resource and consultant to senior management by participating in the planning, communication, reporting, analysis and integration of the highly visible and strategically critical projects for the Private Client Group (PCG). The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the PCG Strategic Business Analysis and the PCG Strategic Compensation teams and provides analytical support not only for cross-over projects between the two teams but also for the administration, maintenance and development of stand-alone projects and initiatives. Incumbent must understand the units' key drivers, performance metrics and operational processes, and work with business leaders and other functional areas to develop business cases in support of specific business initiatives. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
