STV is seeking a Superintendent / Assistant Manager - Data Centers, Mission Critical for the Construction Management group in New Albany, OH.

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities:

Monitor field variations and keep the Project Superintendent informed of these changes.

Ensure that subcontractors understand job schedules and make every effort to meet them.

Review manpower requirements relative to meeting current job progress schedules, follow-up for timely delivery of materials to meet established schedules.

Coordinate work among the various trades and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.

Assist in the training and development of subordinates. Maintain EEO compliances.

Monitor the work to assure good quality control, and to make certain that work conforms to all plans and specifications.

Ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.

Assist in the review of the monthly estimate work completed, payrolls, and material invoices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree with four years of formal engineering or architectural training and three years of building construction experience required. Knowledge of contract documents, drawings and specifications, of line and grade (survey), construction and engineering principles. Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs. A basic knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures.

Compensation Range:

$89,487.93 - $119,317.24
