Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC office. This position supports daily service efforts of the Human Resources Service Center through consultation on HR policy and programs. Collaborates with associates and managers to administer workplace accommodations, ergonomics, workers' compensation, government regulated processes, retirement, service awards, unemployment and other HR programs and procedures. Investigates complex issues and assists in providing resolution engaging key stakeholders as needed. Aids in the improvement of associate experience and manager capabilities to align with wider department and organizational strategy. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Human Resources OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Human Resources Preferred Qualifications:
