Temp to Hire Supervisor Category: Manufacturing & Production Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-384953 Temp to Hire Supervisor External ID # ADMJP00016785 Langhorne, PA - ONSITE 6 month W2 contract (with potential to extend or transition to perm) Pay rate: $23-29/hr - Depending on Education and Experience Shift: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm, then changing to Sunday - Thursday The shift to the Sunday through Thursday schedule would occur when the candidate can demonstrate competence in all areas of the operation. It will take some time. Summary: Candidate needed to fulfill a supervisory position for shift position that is being created. Position will require high mobility, ability to be trained on labor positions and then train others. Position will required critical thinking skills and decision making. Outdoor work as well as indoor work in all types of weather all times of the year. Clerical, labor and supervisory experience will be needed to be considered.
