The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: *Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 (DOE). Client will Not accept H1's or sponsor. Location and Travel: Three days a week in our Bethlehem, PA office and two days remote. Occasional travel is required to attend events in Holmdel, NJ and Hudson Yards NY as needed What You Need to Bring to the Table: 5+ years in Cyber Security or related IT disciplines with a focus on cybersecurity. Proven track record in conducting configuration monitoring. Strong understanding of databases, middleware, operating systems, mainframes, applications, cloud, and technical controls. Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Familiarity with CIS Standards, Windows Group Policy, Multi-Cloud secure configuration/hardening, and system hardening concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical items to varied audiences. Ability to work in our Bethlehem, PA office an average of 3 days per week. What You'll Be Doing: You'll be the Senior SME and Technical Lead for Configuration Compliance Monitoring/Hardening, ensuring our systems are rock-solid. As the Lead Technical Subject Matter Expert, you'll oversee all technical aspects of Configuration Monitoring and keep our processes and procedures top-notch; no personnel management responsibilities. Drive automation initiatives to streamline configuration monitoring and enhance efficiency. Keep our documentation up to date and perform quality checks to ensure we're always ahead of potential threats. Oversee remediation health and be the first point of contact for any challenges that come our way. Take charge of all metrics related to Configuration Monitoring and ensure we're always on track.
