Description
The Customer Experience Specialist is an entry-level customer service role within a call center environment, supporting Consumer Direct Lending. As the Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers, guiding them through the loan origination process after their initial discussion with a licensed loan officer. Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will: * Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate. * Answer high-volume inbound calls or texts from current customers promptly. * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. * Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses with Penny Mac employees, consumers, and authorized third parties. * Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and resolve issues. * Perform other related duties as required and assigned. * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Schedule * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Skills * Customer support * Customer service * Call center operations * Handling inbound and outbound calls * Mortgage industry knowledge * Financial services * Loan servicing * Strong communication and people skills Additional Skills & Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a recent Mortgage Contact Center (e.g., 2023-2025). * Comfortable handling high-volume calls. * Experience with both inbound and outbound calls. * Strong focus on quality and attention to detail. * Professional demeanor. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
