Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Post-Doctoral Fellow will have a joint appointment with the Department of Surgery and the Department of Informatics in the Parkinson School of Public Health for outcomes and informatics research.
  • This position will be responsible for all animal surgeries and post-operative animal care. In addition, the fellow will conduct wet lab research studies as directed, analyze the data, and maintain timely and accurate research records.
  • In this role, the candidate will write manuscripts, develop abstracts, and prepare research presentations for local and national scientific meetings.
  • Provide weekly reports to the principal investigators.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
