Reseach Assistant I

The Muller Lab at Cellular and Molecular Physiology (CaMP) at LUC is looking to bring on a new Research Assistant to join our team. The start date will be Summer 2025, with ideal start date in mid-May. The mission of the Muller Lab is to deepen our understanding of cardiac cyclic nucleotide cell signaling and physiology, using cell-based systems and animal models. Our research focuses on hemodynamics in normal healthy state to pregnancy to heart failure states. For the Level I RA position (16.20-17.00/hour), we are specifically looking for an individual with:

A BA/BS in animal physiology or related field with grit, creativity, honesty, and motivation with minimum one-year commitment

Minimum Education: Required: Bachelors Degree Specify Degree(s): Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry Minimum Experience: Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Requirements: BS/BA in Biology or related field

Preferred: undergraduate or post-bac research experience in animal physiology
