Global Contracts Negotiator

• Review and negotiate a high volume of standard commercial and government contract documents in a timely manner, in line with company and legal requirements.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, provide contract feedback, and work with internal departments to evaluate contracts
• Complete representations and certifications, insurance requests, and associated forms
• Enter and manage data in internal systems
• Commitment to meet internal customer needs and completion timeframes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in contract administration or paralegal
• Ability to work assignments independently and support internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Security clearance or the ability to obtain
