Join IRC as an Employer Engagement Coordinator and play a pivotal role in helping refugee and other humanitarian immigrant clients retain and advance within their chosen fields. As the Employer Engagement Coordinator, you'll build and maintain employer partnerships to deliver workplace-based training for the Providing Access to Refugees through Training, New skills, English & Readiness (PARTNER) program. You will create and deliver tailored "Engaging & Advancing with Refugee Workers" packages by conducting workplace assessments to evaluate employer requirements. Additionally, you will ensure timely and quality implementation of the PARTNER program to aid clients in their successful long-term employment and career advancement! Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
