Position Summary Responsible for the complete oversight of International Military relocations, from transit to billing. Responsibilities include, move management, routing shipments, negotiating price with common carriers, solving dispatch related problems, tracking shipments, and reconciling invoices so that shipments can be billed timely. The Coordinator must be well versed in the International Tariff in order to know which items can be billed by the carrier, and must work in unison with the billing department to insure all steps are taken to ensure shipment profitability. The Coordinator is also responsible for balancing cost factors with quality and on time delivery considerations. Responsibilities 50% Providing move management, routing shipments and setting up all costs and revenues based on agent compensation schedules and the Military Tariff. 20% Collect and prepare all billing paperwork and reconcile invoices 15% Resolve any dispatch related problems 5% Prepare one time only quotes 10% Miscellaneous Administrative tasks Qualifications This position requires the following;
