Responsibilities
The Systems Integrator (SI) will support the Joint Use Liaison team (JULT) within the Cloud organization in Technical Services. The SI will perform non-staff aspects of an Executive Officer Role in support of JULT and in collaboration with the organization's Front Office. This consists of, but is not limited to the following:
- Providing systems integration support for the Sponsor component(s), to include integrated portfolio support of projects, programs, and technologies
- Providing support to the sponsor's governance and management processes, to include the management of technical and executive program analysis, reporting, and coordination
- Assessing technical plans, guiding implementation and required Community- and Sponsor-wide coordination of activities, and defining program phases, sequencing, and required deliverables for the sponsor's systems
- Working with the division level Project Managers in planning and coordinating program management process activities and leveraging experience to recommend streamlined and efficient business processes, to include developing standard operating procedures and associated documentation
- Creating and coordinating processes facilitated by a formalized set of principles, policies, and decision-making structures.
- Monitoring and helping facilitate JULT response to Corporate Action
- Defining and capturing requirements by interacting with stakeholders and subsequently conducting independent research and analysis of information in preparation for meetings; seeking information from personnel within the supported principal's organization or appropriate external stakeholders to provide background information the principal will require for meetings and other Follow up to ensure material is ready for review in advance of the meeting
- Formatting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and conformance with the Sponsor guidance. Routing correspondence and tracking status through completion
- Designing and maintaining documentation management tools and program website(s)
- Managing and monitoring check-in/check-out of all personnel in the division. Updating and maintaining phone directories, key contacts, email groups, shared drive and database accesses, as well as account ownership
- Meeting preparation and facilitation of the group and division program management review (PMR).
- Oversee calendars and coordinate stakeholder meetings for organization's leadership
- Manage travel planning and arrangement for government staff to include creating and coordinating travel cables, including funding
- Collaborate with Senior PM on project integration needs and assist with any programmatic needs
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with the customer
- Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting with Executive levels
- Ability to design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership
- Working knowledge of Sponsor's and external stakeholders' processes, policies, procedures, and internal support systems and databases
- Self-starter with an enterprise and holistic approach to workload/tasks
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, sufficient to convey complex ideas and information on technical/administrative mission-related issues in a well-organized, logical, concise, credible, and courteous manner that is appropriate for the situation, topic, and listener
- Critical thinking skills sufficient to make sound and timely recommendations and/or decisions in unique situations, considering alternate actions
- Ability to assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule and capturing meeting minutes; roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and other tools in order to format and adapt submitted correspondence
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports
- Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence
